F.I.T. - Fitness Program

F.I.T. (Faith, Intentionality, Transformation) – Health & Wellness Program

 

A faith-based fitness program focused on physical health, mental well-being, and overall wellness. This program emphasizes the importance of being a good steward over the body God has given us by combining exercise, nutrition, and mental health practices.

 

Participants will engage in:

  • Workout sessions designed to build strength, endurance, and flexibility.

  • Nutritional guidance to promote healthy eating habits and long-term wellness.

  • Mental health workshops covering topics such as meditation, breathing techniques, and coping strategies to strengthen the mind as well as the body

The F.I.T. program is built on the belief that true health is a balance of physical strength, mental clarity, and spiritual well-being.

F.I.T. Acronym:

  • F – Fuel Your Body & Mind (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
    Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit—nourish it with healthy food, movement, and a sound mind.

  • I – Intentional Living & Wellness (3 John 1:2)
    God desires for you to be in good health—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

  • T – Train for Strength & Endurance (1 Timothy 4:8)
    Physical training has value, but training in godliness strengthens both the body and the soul.
