Is therapy confidential?

Yes. At Anchored Institute, your privacy is our priority. We adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality, ensuring that everything shared in your sessions remains private and protected. Our therapists follow all professional, ethical, and legal guidelines to create a safe, trusted space for your healing journey.

How long are therapy sessions?

Therapy sessions at Anchored Institute typically last about 60 minutes. However, session length may vary depending on your individual needs and the type of therapy provided. We allow flexibility to ensure every session offers meaningful time for reflection and accountability.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies from person to person. At Anchored Institute, we take a collaborative approach—working with you to identify your goals, assess your progress, and tailor a treatment plan that fits your unique journey. Whether short-term or ongoing, our focus is on providing the support you need for lasting growth and healing.

Why is therapy or program participation costly?

At Anchored Institute, our fees reflect the professional care, time, and resources that go into providing quality, faith-based services. Therapy with licensed professionals typically ranges from $100–$175 per session. Our program costs help cover materials, meals, space, and support services.

To compare, a typical date night may cost $75–$150, while our goal is to offer experiences that not only connects couples and families—but transform them. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, all donations and fees go directly back into serving our community and are tax-deductible.
